People join Facebook to make meaningful connections. And as its Facebook’s responsibility to make them feel secure by adopting various security features.

Lately, according to the various blogs written on Facebook blog site, we learn that a new feature is being introduced to add profile security.

Do you remember every photo you have posted on Facebook?

No?  Don’t worry. You will soon be aware of them.

The popular social media website has brought in a special feature for user’s privacy. This feature works using the facial recognition technology. Suppose, if any of your friends have posted some of your photos, you will get an alert for the same.

For example, you are a part of a photo and it was posted on Facebook by any one person present in the photo. Usually, the user who posted the photo will typically tag everyone and this will send in a notification to you. But suppose, if he did not tag, then, using the Facial Recognition feature you will still get a notification for the same.

However, to use this feature, users have to give their respective templates to Facebook after which technology would be able to mark your face.

Facebook has created this feature to save users' personal information. It also claims that this feature is being developed as well as alert even if one of the future pictures is on the other.
